The Benefit Of Being a Young CEO

Kyle Wong is the CEO of Pixlee, a visual marketing platform used by retail, travel, and hospitality brands, to use photos and videos from real people to tell their brand story. When Kyle and his co-founders started Pixlee, they were fresh out of college on a budget. All 5 of them were living out of a one bedroom house.



Kyle is on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list and explains how being a young entrepreneur in his space is an asset but is also a hardship. He recalls the struggle of trying to get funded straight out of college. “It was incredibly difficult…Everyone always talks about starting a company out of college and saying you have very little to lose. The reason why you have very little to lose is because you actually have no money.”
